2. Data processing principles

This is a static website. It does not use cookies, analytics, tracking, or advertising services, and it does not create user profiles.

Fonts, scripts, and images are served from our own web server. Visiting the website therefore does not connect to Google Fonts or comparable external services. Independently of this, technically necessary server logs are created when the website is accessed.

When you access the website, the hosting provider automatically processes information transmitted by your browser. This may include your IP address, date and time, requested file, transferred data volume, access status, browser type and version, operating system, and any referrer URL sent by your browser.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure, stable, and technically reliable provision of the website and the detection and prevention of abusive access.

Log data is not used to create user profiles or combined with other data sources. It is deleted when no longer required for secure technical operation. It may be retained for longer where necessary to investigate a specific security incident or comply with legal obligations.

We have entered into a data processing agreement with Hostinger under Article 28 GDPR. Although the selected web server is located in Germany, processing outside the EU or EEA in connection with support, security, or subprocessors cannot be ruled out entirely. Where no adequacy decision applies, Hostinger states that transfers are based in particular on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. 4. Encrypted transmission

The website uses TLS encryption to protect data in transit between your browser and the web server against unauthorised access.

If you contact us by email or phone, we process the contact details and content you provide to handle your request. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where communication relates to entering into or performing a contract, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is responding to legitimate enquiries.

We use Hostinger International Ltd.'s business email service under a data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR. Processing outside the EU or EEA cannot be ruled out completely; the safeguards described in Hostinger's Data Processing Addendum apply. Messages and call notes are deleted once a request is resolved unless statutory retention duties or other legitimate grounds require longer retention. Calls are not recorded. This website does not use a contact form.

6. Links to app stores and other websites

Merely displaying a link does not transfer data to the linked service. Data is transferred only when you follow a link. The respective provider is responsible for processing on the destination website.

7. Your rights

Subject to the legal requirements, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. To exercise your rights, contact erik@leviora.studio.
